About the area

The Student Experience directorate is accountable for the design and delivery of all student-facing services and programs across the student lifecycle, from enrolment through to graduation. The directorate delivers student administration, student services and success programs, counselling and wellbeing support, co-curricular engagement, and industry engagement and placement programs across the Mumbai and Chennai campuses. The directorate holds accountability for industry engagement and placement programs, connecting students with professional development and employment opportunities. It works collaboratively with the Education and Research directorate, the Operations directorate, and external partners to ensure services are integrated and capable of supporting positive student outcomes and progression.

About the opportunity

  • Coordinates administrative processes associated with student placements and Work Integrated Learning activities, maintaining accurate records for placement students and host organisations.
  • Responds to enquiries from students and host organisations, maintains effective working relationships with industry partners, and coordinates information sessions and events related to programs.
  • Liaises with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate placement activities, monitors processes, and contributes to continuous improvement of placement systems and procedures.

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, education, career development, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative or program coordination support within an education, student services, or comparable service delivery environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage administrative systems and workflows.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, employers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience maintaining administrative or student-related systems.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion when handling student or organisational information.
