Dr Akanksha Jaiswal

Dr Akanksha Jaiswal is an internationally recognised scholar whose research focuses on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), employee well-being, Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management, and the future of work. She completed her PhD at IIT Madras, where her doctoral thesis was recognised as the Best PhD Thesis in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour.  A passionate educator and researcher, Dr Jaiswal has published extensively in leading international journals and regularly presents at global academic conferences. She combines academic excellence with industry consultancy experience, bringing practical insights and experiential learning approaches into the classroom.
