Dr. Apoorva Goel is a researcher in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, with research interests spanning human-AI collaboration, workforce adaptation, behavioural and psychophysiological responses to work uncertainty, work design and decision-making in digital environments, and employee voice, silence, and workplace well-being. Her academic background includes a joint PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India and Curtin University, Australia. Her interdisciplinary academic foundation also includes an MBA in General Management and a B.Tech in Electronics. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, covering topics including patient-perpetrated violence against healthcare workers, employee voice, office politics and workplace well-being, and the employability implications of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare.
