Ms. Radha is a faculty member in the Business department with academic expertise in Marketing and Management. Her teaching areas include Brand Management, Advertising, Consumer Behaviour, Customer Relationship Management, Event Marketing, Business Planning & Entrepreneurial Management, and Production & Total Quality Management. Her research focuses on Consumer Behaviour, Purchase Intention, Generation Z, Augmented & Virtual Reality, and the Fashion and Apparel Industry. Her academic publications and research presentations explore topics including AR/VR and sustainable tourism, e-commerce, green mobility buying intentions among Generation Z, and augmented reality fitting rooms and sustainable purchase intentions.
