Vineet Arora is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business and a joint PhD researcher in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at IIT Kanpur and La Trobe University. He brings significant industry experience across information technology, organisational development, change management, HR consulting and project management. His research explores the future of work, including remote work, artificial intelligence in organisations, employee well-being, and higher education outcomes. Vineet has received several international research awards and actively contributes to leading academic and professional communities in management and human resources.
