After you have made a payment and it has been successfully processed and verified, you can access and download your receipt through the MyCamu Student Portal.To view your receipt:
  1. Log in to MyCamu.
  2. Navigate to Billing > View Transactions.
  3. Select the relevant payment transaction.
  4. Download or print your receipt for your records.
Please note that payment receipts are not emailed to students.
Refund of tuition fees
Students who withdraw from their course may be eligible for a refund of tuition fees, depending on their student type, the timing of their withdrawal, and the circumstances of their application. Refund eligibility and refund amounts are assessed in accordance with the UWA India Student Fees Policy (UP 26/6).

Students seeking a refund should submit a withdrawal request and any required supporting documentation through the appropriate University process. Approved refunds are normally paid to the original fee payer and processed within the University's published timeframes.
Fee remission
Fee remission is different from a standard refund.

Students who have withdrawn from a unit after the census date, or who were unable to successfully complete a unit due to special circumstances, may be eligible to apply for fee remission. Fee remission may result in a refund of tuition fees paid or a tuition fee credit that can be applied to future study, depending on the student's circumstances and eligibility.

To be considered for fee remission, students must demonstrate that their circumstances:
  • were beyond their control;
  • made their full impact on or after the census date; and
  • made it impracticable for them to complete the requirements of the unit.
Examples of special circumstances may include serious illness, significant family circumstances, or major changes to employment arrangements that were outside the student's control.

Please note that approval of an exceptional variation of assessment (EVA) application does not automatically result in approval for fee remission. Fee remission applications are assessed separately and require supporting documentation.
