Admission requirements

Note: Admission to The University of Western Australia India campuses is based on a fair and holistic evaluation of every applicant. While the eligibility criteria represent the minimum academic requirements to apply, final admission decisions will be made based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s academic performance. No separate admission test is required. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission; it confirms that an application is eligible for consideration.   • a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA and at least three years of relevant documented professional experience
  • the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 60 percent
  • at least two additional years of relevant documented professional experience considered by UWA to be sufficient to permit satisfactory completion of the course.
English Language Requirements

At UWA India, English is the language of instruction and assessment. You will need to meet the English language requirements of the University to be eligible for a place.

  • Applicants presenting with the IELTS Academic require an overall score of at least 7.0 and no band less than 6.5.
  • Applicants presenting with the TOEFL iBT require an overall score of at least 100 and no sub-score less than 20.
  • Applicants presenting with the Pearson Test of English (PTE) (Academic) require an overall score of at least 71 and no section less than 61.
